Terms and Fees for Posting Advertisements

The person(s) and/or business entity(s) (clients of Product & Business Development, Inc.) seeking to post advertisement(s) with Product & Business Development, Inc. has read and agrees to the Site Disclaimer and understands that by posting advertisement(s) is for the following; for seeking an investment partner to be actively involved in the business, or for seeking a working partner to be actively involved in the business, or for seeking manufacturing and/or marketing assistance and for seeking to license or exclusively license a product.

NOTE: Product & Business Development, Inc. will not post any advertisements for business opportunities. When selling a business opportunity in the State of Florida the Florida Business Opportunity Act, Chapter 559, Part VIII, Florida Statute (2000), requires anyone offering to sell a "business opportunity" in Florida to file annually documents, go to www.800helpfla.com  for details. When selling a business opportunity in other States look up the laws for compliance in that State. 

NOTE: If you are seeking to raise capital from an Investor(s) as a non-actively involved participant in the business, it is recommended to consult with a Securities Attorney, Broker Dealer, Stock Broker or any other source that is qualified in compliance with Federal and State Securities Laws. 

NOTE: Product & Business Development, Inc. is not a Venture Capital Firm and is not licensed to sell Securities and is not registered with the NASAA and is not a Broker Dealer. Also, Product & Business Development, Inc. is not involved with any negotiations regarding investments between Product & Business Development, Inc. clients that posted their advertisements and any interested parties replaying to Product & Business Development, Inc. posted advertisements. Interested parties contact the posted advertisements directly. 

NOTE: Information posted on Product & Business Development, Inc. web site is not an offering to sell Securities by Product & Business Development, Inc. and is a paid advertisement by the listing person(s) and/or business entity(s). 

For posting one (1) advertisement that includes a four hundred (400) word limit for the Business Summary for a time period of ninety (90) days, costs $300.00 USD. Client is allowed to make changes twice to the Posted Advertisement at no cost, thereafter a fee of $20.00 USD for each time changes are made to the Posted Advertisement. Each time changes are requested to the Posted Advertisement, changes are to be sent via email that includes the total Posted Advertisement. 

NOTE: Product & Business Development, Inc. reserves the right to except or decline any and all requested applications for Posted Advertisement's and any and all requested changes to clients Posted Advertisement.

Upon your Posted Advertisement being excepted by Product & Business Development, Inc., it will be posted within three (3) working days and Product & Business Development, Inc. can not and will not make any grantees to any prosperity or successes in any Posted Advertisement(s).
